Senior Studio Producer (Lookbook & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and organize monthly lookbook and marketing campaign shoots 
• Align, coordinate, and work with a Production team, Art Directors, Stylists, Photographers, Retouchers, Merchandisers, and Buyers within the Pomelo HQ studio
• Work on location, talent, casting and logistics for all lookbook and marketing shoots 
• Project manage all lookbook and marketing shoot timelines between Studio, Retouch, and 
• Project Management teams from conception to final delivery of assets
• Report and investigate any operational / technical issues that arise.
• Work closely with an Art Director on all ad-hoc projects 
• Manage lookbook & marketing shoots budget and report to a Production team lead 
• Organize billings and payments for all production costs with accounting
• Support and mentor junior producers 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. 
• Solid VDO & moving image background
• Self-motivated, rigorous, highly-proactive, and an eagerness to learn
• Strong English communication and comfortable working in an international environment
• Can handle stress and tight deadlines, problem solver with ability to multitask 
• A natural team ethic and well-rounded interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a positive attitude
