Responsible for risk assessment process which consists of performing risk surveys, analyze the quality of risks, the Probable Maximum Loss (PML), the probability of loss and portfolio analysis for BU underwriting propose. Give advice how to do risk improvement including a risk improvement service for the client

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

• Assure the transfer of high-quality technical expertise serving to both underwriters and customers in applying risks and technologies in industry and the environment. 
• Supporting Underwriter/Marketing in preparing and ensuring risk quality assessment on both risk survey reports and desktop review timely and accuracy 
• Recommending appropriate measures to clients for risk reduction, ideally pre-loss, but also post-loss 
• To provide the technical knowledge for serving AZTH in applying risks and technologies in industry and environment 
• Capable to assist customer analyzing the fire protection system in terms of inspection and testing 
• Capable in technical knowledge transfer and training for both internal AZTH and external

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and Engineering field
• Minimum 2 years’ experiences in an insurance company, specifically risk engineering, technical support, field operation, or risk management.
• Potential analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment
• Good understanding of production industries
• Capable to communicate efficiently & effectively, work under pressure with people at all levels, improve the risk surveying skill, and learn the relevant courses of fire protection and risk analysis
• Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
• Good to Excellent computer and software skill
• Familiar with the risk engineering international and local standards

Nice to Have 

• Understanding of production industry
• Basic Insurance knowledge, mainly in property line of business
• Risk inspection technique, risk survey report, and risk improvement report writing
• Understanding in basic fire protection and safety management, and basic loss estimation technique for both Property Damage and Business Interruption
• Systematic thinking and analyzing for basic risk assessment and grading
• Engineering background as graduated or experienced
