Job responsibilities: 

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Managing Director ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์และบริหารยอดขายของสายธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน (Flexible Packaging) ทั้งรายปี รายไตรมาส และรายเดือน
• จัดทำแผนยอดขายประจำปี  กำหนดกลยุทธ์การขาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย
• สร้างและค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ของสายธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน
• สร้างและบริหารทีมขายให้สามารถขายได้ตามเป้าที่กำหนด
• กำหนดตัวชี้วัดและเป้าหมายของทีมขายและทีมบริการลูกค้า
• ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำแนวทางแก่ทีมในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายวางแผน ฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน เป็นต้น
• รายงานผลการดำเนินงานแก่ฝ่ายบริหาร

 Requirement: 

• สัญชาติไทย อายุ 38-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ วิทยาศาสตร์เคมี บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานขายไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปีและผ่านงานในระดับบริหารไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ตรงในธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน (Flexible Packaging) ไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ปี
• มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ วางแผน สามารถกำหนดกลยุทธ์การขายในระดับสายธุรกิจได้
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี (TOEIC Score >= 600)
• มีภาวะผู้นำสูง มีทักษะในการคำปรึกษา
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
• มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ
