Job description:

• Managing structural change within a team and keeping up with flow business
• Devising and implementing strategies and solutions to optimize team workflow
• Coaching team members to operate within a controlled environment
• Overlooking distribution and allocation of cases amongst the team
• Conducting one to one reviews with lawyers and admin team
• Understanding commercial issues within legal documents and agreements
• Negotiating service level agreements and commercial agreements with counterparties and lawyers
• Building competitive pricing schemes for legal services

General qualification:
【Must】

• Male or Female (Male is prefer), Thai national, Age between 27-35 years old
• Bachalor’s Degree in any field
• Experience in sales (any field is fine)
• Experience in sales to finding new clients or interested in approaching new clients
• Good command of English
• Have driving license (no need own car)

【Advantage】

• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Active person
