Job Descriptions:

• Acquire new clients focusing on corporates across Bangkok and key vicinities (e.g., Chonburi, Rayong, Samutsakorn, Ayudhya, Saraburi, etc)
• Respond to clients’ hiring requirements
• Professionally manages the recruitment process from start to finish
• Detail candidate screening to ensure accurate match with clients’ requirements
• Gain knowledge of each industry and its organizational structure
• Efficiently manage own schedules and timeline.
• Write summary profile of candidates in English language

Qualifications

• A Thai Citizen. Male or Female:  Age 35 +
• Bachelor or master’s degree
• 3+ years of experiences as a business development From Recruitment Agency
• High Integrity
• Excellent command in English is an advantage (write summary profile of candidates in English language)
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to manage expectations
• Energetic, enthusiastic, critical thinking with can do attitudes, and active personality.
