Key Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact for hiring managers for their specific discipline; working closely to understand hiring needs and creating a recruitment strategy for each position.
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes by offering a seamless customer service focused experience to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Identifying and headhunting the best talents (including passive candidates).
- Driving rigorous external market mapping process to ensure consistent pipeline of talents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in full recruitment cycle (either from agency and/or in-house).
- Experience in high volume recruitment environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Can prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and build strong productive partnerships with stakeholders, candidates and HR colleagues.
