Our client is a global FMCG manufacturer with a large production facility based in Chonburi, their plant is focused on the export market with all of their products being shipped to Europe or the USA. This is a growing company with a worldwide presence, and you will be working with experienced local and expat management, in which you can gain new experiences and skills. 

They are currently looking for a Production Manager from a textile/clothing background who will oversee all production processes in the plant. This position is open to both Thai and foreign nationals. 

            Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day operation of the company’s production line, ensuring all manufacturing and associated activities are completed in time, to production orders, and customer expectations. 
• Manage lead times according to capacity, and with optimal and effective use of resources.  
• Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste. 
• To drive continuous improvements, optimization of processes. 
  
   Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial or related fields. 
• At least 5 years employment experience in production or operations management within the textile or clothing industry. 
• Proven track record of above average performance in and production environment and are able to successfully engage with all levels across the organization. 
• As a person, you possess a high level of leadership competence, analytical skills, and effective communication. 
• Excellent English proficiency is a must.
