• To take a lead role in following activities:
  • Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications

• To design and deliver all training, development, engagement initiatives with team, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate
• Monitor financial budgets for training, development, engagement initiatives

• Highly motivated individuals who are creative, adaptable and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experiences in People Development and/or Engagement
• Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Thai
• Proficient in using MS office, Photoshop or illustrator knowledge will be a plus

• AirPay, our digital financial services platform, provides e-wallet services to consumers via the AirPay mobile App and to small businesses through the AirPay counter application. This has scaled to become one of the largest e-wallet service providers in our region by gross transaction volume, bringing about greater convenience for customers, efficiency for merchants, and broad financial inclusion for a large number of historically unbanked consumers.
