Job Description

This digital marketing role has twofold accountabilities. The first is to develop original content optimized for the targeted audiences and the search engine in order to accelerate qualified leads and purchase conversions across B2B and B2C market segmentation.  This role becomes a content hub provider not only to build but also to increase the product/brand preference of the company across prioritized online and offline channels.

The latter is to build a social media marketing funnel that converts.This includes, but not limited to, manage all social media activities across the social media landscape – owned, paid, and earned, monitoring & listening, accompanied by the continual analysis and report. 

We are looking for a full-time qualifier who has

-  an interest or experience in writing copies and content that convert,

proven experiences in SEO/SEM content writing and social media management

insights and ability to map customer buying decision-making in purchasing funnel at each stage of customer journey

-  fully understand B2B and B2C market



  • Conduct research on product knowledge and insights of both customer purchase decision and social media behavior for both food ingredients supply (B2B) and ready-to-cook (B2C) market in order to develop original content.
  • Understand audience segmentation thoroughly and use their insights to create segmented campaign content that connects with the target audiences on all online media. 
  • Consolidate reviews & voice of customer from various channels – e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, Pantip, feedback, and etc., to create personalized contents towards owned, paid, and earned media channels
  • Form the content mapping with customer journey in each stage of the purchase funnel and plan content writing for TOFU, MOFU & BOFU

  • delivers solutions of the company’s products & services to customer’s pain points
  • meets search intent & customer need that trigger conversions at each stage of customer journey
  • increases purchase conversions and retention
  • promotes product/brand awareness and loyalty
  • Write efficiently, with the expectation of short-form and long-form content for marketing collateral,websites, landing pages, sale pages, online store, social media, blog posts, YouTube, direct email, and etc.
  • Develop compelling content for Google Ads, social media Ad, and E-commerce marketplace
  • Apply link management best practices to all content – both for backlinks and internal linking structure
  • Combine the use of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of company websites, landing pages, social media channels in search results
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar and organizational workflows for key content
  • Proofread and make suggestions when necessary to correct grammar, style and accuracy for all creative copies and contents


  • Monitor performance of content published in all channels
  • Optimize published content for better performance, KPIs, and conversion
  • Repurpose content to increase conversion and branding
  • Report content performance periodically and provide insights and recommendations for future improvement to the working team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, copywriting, content marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in proven SEO copy writing / strong & engaging content writing, previous digital agency or digital content marketing or food copywriting is a plus
  • Proven track record of social media management across the social media landscape
  • Understand search intent, customer purchasing decision-making, customer journey and the role of content as well as media influence at each stage of customer journey
  • Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading and editing skills for both Thai and English
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with the ability to define opportunities to add value and proceed with little oversight
  • Portfolio is required

They are from hotels, restaurant, supermarket and wholesalers.
