Accountability
- Handle payroll process with include SSO and tax calculation and payment process to governments in Laos and Thailand.
- Handle compensation and benefit for staffs such as insurance, yearly physical check-up and other.
- Monitor and support HR compliance part such as visa, work permit, stay permit and related report with submitted to government.
- Implement the project for employees’ understanding and complying with the company rule and regulations correctly.
- Maintain and update employee personal data in database and employee leave report.
- Support the work and activities of the Human Resources division.
Job Specification
- Bachelor Degree in HR management, Business Administration, Political Science or other related field.
- 3-5 year experience in compensation & benefit management, payroll system or visa application process.
- Having knowledge in labor law.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 500).
