Your Impact

• Lead the technology practise and mentor a team of Architects and Developers to solve clients’ critical  challenges
• Partner with Business Development and Presales team to prepare sales proposals to represent Publicis Sapient‘s technical expertise
• Provide leadership and technical direction for multi-disciplinary, agile, distributed software development of 20+ team members
• Work closely with client stakeholders to establish Engineering & DevOps strategies at a business and technology level
• Serve as a trusted advisor to consult clients' senior technical leaders on best practice points of view on next-generation platforms
• Establish and manage high, mid and low-level project plans working with the Program Management team
• Lead the architecture, design and planning of complex custom software solutions or modifying package solutions
• Accumulate market know-how, industry and technology trends, to enhance and manage knowledge on projects
• Support vendor evaluation and decisions on technology investments with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
• Lead design, estimation, planning and implementation of IT-related business solutions
• Manage large architectural systems with large development teams
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior internal and client stakeholders 

Your Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of technology experience in system integration and development, package analysis and implementation ideally in the Financial Service vertical
• Project experience with enterprise architecture, design patterns and implementation of custom developed solutions and product integration projects
• Experience in designing modern architectures; cloud-native and micro-services based solutions
• Expert proficiency in Java, NodeJS and Python
• Proficient in MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis (any two)
• Experience with DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes etc
• Experience with Kafka or Pulsar
• Extensive digital solution experience with one or more of the following Azure, AWS and GCP
• Comfortable in an agile project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle
• Selling to C-level executives and other business development activities
• Collaborative with regional team members and clients to provide technical leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Flexible to travel regionally and work in client site if required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages with an understanding of Thai work culture & business ethics
• Strong collaborator and comfortable to work in an agile, remote and distributed team environment
