Senior Manager, Product Management - Cloud

You will play the role to define, build, go-to-market, deliver and manage a range of B2B digital solutions leveraging IoT and Cloud SaaS technologies to help SME organizations achieve their digital transformation goals – delivered through an one-stop online marketplace with a fully digital customer journey. You will require working collaboratively across sales, technology, customer design/experience, marketing, and operations organizations in addition to external partners for devising and executing a winning plan as the owner of the marketplace portfolio.

Key Accountability:

  • Develop overall product strategy for Marketplace in line with the objectives of B2B business;
  • Develop and communicate a rolling 18-months road map in alignment with long term strategy to ensure sustainable sales growth and provide substantial customer value;
  • Incorporate feedback and requirements from customers, sales teams and management.
  • Develop and lead product partnerships with key local and global solution providers in IoT and Cloud domains;
  • Effectively communicate the roadmaps and collaborate with the agile product development team to ensure product roadmap is delivered on-time and within budget;
  • Build a strong network within the research and development team;


  • A successful track record in product development/management.
  • Solid understanding of business, product/solution and UX.
  • Experience in the development of business cases, product and marketing plans, proposals and solution packaging.
  • Can deal with a functional matrix environment with a certain degree of ambiguity
  • Business acumen: knows the competition, the marketplace, knowledgeable in practices and trends
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a partner-facing capacity
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
