Monitor internal business activities and processes to ensure that the Company processes personal data in compliance with laws, rules and regulations in relation to Data Protection and Privacy in Thailand and applicable Data Protection Law in the countries
where the Company having businesses or investments (“Data Protection Law”) as well as to minimize the risk exposure and expenses for GC group’s best interests.
Cooperate with other organizational units and representatives in GC group that are involved in processing or transferring Personal Data to ensure legal compliance with the Data Protection Law in the relevant countries.
Give advice to personal data controllers or personal data processors Including employees or relevant parties regarding compliance with the Data Protection Law.
Analyzing and advising major business transaction in order to create best practice for management and employee of the Company and the group to comply with the Data Protection Law, which impact to the business including initiate, set up Data Protection and
Conducting periodic assessments and reviews to the Data Protection and Privacy , procedures, work manual or guideline in relation to personal data management are sufficient and in line with the Data Protection and Privacy in Thailand.
Conducting and providing compliance support to Board , management and employee as per required or assigned by Vice President (VP) on case by case basis.
Plan and set up the corporate compliance program to ensure that there is always a system to keep abreast of external laws , rules and regulations in relevant to the company business to develop effective corporate compliance policy, and ensure that employees,
executives and board of directors of company and the group comply with those external and internal rules and regulations.
With supervised or assigned by Vice President (VP), advise to board & management of the Company and GC group to plan, establish and operate businesses and new businesses in compliance to PDPA policy.
Initiate the communication program or training to disseminate information regarding compliance best practice for executive, management and staff to comply with law, rule and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, IT or Business administration or related field.
Understanding of the Company processing operations, information technologies and/or data security
Strong in problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
