Position:                  Japanese Speaking Senior HR Staff (N3 up)

Nature Business:    Japanese Company

Basic Salary:           28,000 - 33,000 THB + Bonus 5 months + Allowance

Working Time:         Mon - Fri 8.00 - 17.00 and 12 Sat / year (company's calendar)

Working Location:   Prawet, Onnut and will relocate near BTS Prakanong on May 2019

Job Description:

• Coordinate, record related document in recruitment process
• Check time attendance data, leave and overtime data, including summary monthly/yearly report and prepare documents which related with payroll system.
• Submit Monthly Tax Report to Revenue Department
• Process for Social Security card, process for new employee, termination and any changing information and submit document to Social Security Office
• Record welfare requisition data in excel and summary data monthly & yearly report.
• Monitor and support overall of welfare operation.
• Describe Welfare condition and able to solve minor problem.
• Responsible and coordinator for foreigner affairs, contact with government officer and process business trip case.
• Perform as trainer up on assignment or manage with training course for employee development.
• In charge and to be as coordinator for employee relations activity, document affairs, administration or other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 28-33 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Business Administration or any related field
• 5 years experience in Human Resources Filed
• Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N3 Up)
• Have an experiences in HR multi-functions in Japanese Organization. 
• Good communication skill with good service minded
• Able to work under pressure in multinational working environment
