Our  Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increase returns. As part of a global team you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Major groups within SaT include M&A Services, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Transaction Strategy and Execution, Transaction Support, and Valuation and Business Modeling.

You will have an opportunity to help clients negotiate every stage of a deal, from inception and initial due diligence, to financial transaction structuring, right through to assistance with the sale and purchase agreement. You will also work alongside restructuring colleagues to advise companies in financial distress, including those in formal insolvency proceedings, on sales of non-core businesses to restore their balance sheets.
 
Currently we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead multiple client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and lead business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure advisory projects, client relationships, and supervise team to do the tasks, research news, identify opportunities.
• Assist clients in infrastructure project development, in which include but not limited to project finance, feasibility analysis, PPP structure, etc.
• Perform research to update infrastructure investment status and Government investment plan
• Perform financial feasibility analysis and identify project risks as well as propose mitigation plans
• Coordinate with other advisors and lead team to perform assigned tasks
• Manage project timeline and client relationships
• Write the report explaining the procedures performed as well as outcome (financial and non-financial)

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineer, Science, Arts
• Working experience in the field/role of Investment banking, Relationship manager is preferred
• Well-rounded with a focus in corporate finance, experience in project finance is a plus
• Logical thinking, Ability to work independently and lead team, Good presentation skill
