Responsibilities:
• Handle regulatory control and daily operation to ensure the BU’s work process and documentation are complying to SET standard.
• Prepare and submit periodic report, legal and administrative research, compliance reports and other related documents.
• Develop and maintain corporate information on company website.
• Handle corporate tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualification:
• Male or Female Age: not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business administration, Finance or related.
• At least 3 year experiences in corporate and compliance related position in listed company.
• Good personality and service-minded.
• Good command of English (both reading and writing skills).
