  • Senior Business application support is responsible for delivery of information, communication and Technology services in accordance with the IT Strategy and I.P.One ’s Corporate Strategy. 
  • First technical support for all application systems and software components business analysis -          Troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents that happen with application systems database design/administration/tuning 
  •  Administrate application system of the company in term of application configuration, master data setup,  application user id and permission management
  •  Participate and provide support to projects in assigned key responsibility.
  • Maintain and support Business Applications

Major responsibilities:

  • Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.                                               
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system.                                               
  • Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating learning's with relevant business units.
  • Work with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting non-sap applications.
  • Maintain application and support and make sure applications systems availability meet SLA
  • Administrate application system of the company in term of application configuration, master data setup, application user id and permission management                             
  • Work and communicate with business user in new project, system change and system support
  • Manage relationships with business user and internal IT                                                     
  • IT cross functional working                                                    
  • Provide guidance, support and develop sub-ordinate to success their career goals           
  • Support on selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively      
  • Document and build workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate                 
  • Knowledge sharing within and across teams.                                                           
  • Take technical responsibility for all stages and/or iterations in a software development project, providing method specific technical advice and guidance to project stakeholders.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Business Support roles. 
  • Knowledge about the enterprise software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Field Sales Application,      eCommerce, BI, K2, CRM Application.
  • Knowledge about design technique tools, precision technical plans, blueprints, models, and drawings
  • Excellent problem solving, analytic, and research skills.
  • Ability to learn new software systems, policies and hardware quickly.
  • Team oriented individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and experience extracting ad hoc data
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles and practices 
  • Good communication skills
