• Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities through comprehensive analyses of market trends, legal due diligence and financial feasibility
  
  
• Identify potential land investment opportunities through market surveys and on-site tours
  
  
• Deal structuring and negotiations land acquisition/sale/long-term leases
  
  
• Conduct due diligence on land proposal regarding price and legality on individual land plot
  
  
• Liaise with land authorities with all matters regarding the permits and licenses
  
  
• Update financial performance reports of real estate investments including hotels and offices
  
  
• Coordinate timelines and reporting on cross-departmental development programs including Research, Design, Construction, Legal and Finance
  
  
• Work with hotel and office asset management teams on operational improvement programs
