Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Management of expense settlement with suppliers (invoice, payment, receipt, etc.)
- Keeping records of expenses (*No processing of sales and VAT, since this office does not generate sales but only expenses as a representative office of HQ in Japan)
- Tax submission (withholding tax, PND1, 3, 53, SSF, etc.)
- Issuing WHT Certificate
- Administration of HR-related matters (attendance recording, payroll, etc.)
- Administration of staff welfare (Social Security, PVD, health insurance, expatriate-related matters, etc)
- Administration of expats from Japan (visa, work permit, governmental reporting, etc)
- Visit and communicate with government offices, banks, accounting firms, or any other entities related to accounting and admin works as necessary
- Male/Female
- Age 25 - 40
- Experiences as an accountant in accounting and tax related-matters more than 5 years
- Microsoft Office, PC
- Able to speak English and/or Japanese (preferable)
