Role purpose : The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in managing the client’s business and to keep day to day activities running smoothly.

Key accountabilities

• Works collaboratively with colleagues to meet client service needs 
• Uses and evaluates research tools to provide insights and supports on ideation as needed 
• Reviews evaluation reports 
• Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time and budget  
• Supports Account Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration 
• Connects with Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Manager level inside client to support delivery of communication and service 
• Updates plans with feedback from clients 
• Update and distribute weekly reports 
• Researches new market trends to incorporate into planning

Qualifications

• 1.5 - 2 years ‘experience will be an advantage
• Interactive/digital background is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great organizational skills with high attention to detail
