JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• We are looking for an onsite Scrum master to work directly with customer mainly in Thailand, and development team in another country.
• Develop program strategies and goals which match with the strategic and product roadmap of customer.
• Coordinate and organize the activities for projects to deliver working software in to production in line with the product roadmap.
• Main coordination and escalation point for the team
• Develop the project KPI and provide improvement actions
• Help all scrum teams to follow the best practices of Agile/ Scrum and also follow the customer/ FSOFT SDLC

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Scrum master role. Experience in software development using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean/ XP).

• Experience in process change and adoption across technical delivery teams
• Experience in scheduling and tracking experience using open source tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)

• Experienced with Microservice based architecture.
• Experienced with Enterprise Integration and Application Design patterns.

• Ability to work in a team environment (onsite/offshore communication).
• Excellent communication skills both Thai and English language.
