Schedule Controller (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Make a plan for efficient implementation of the construction and for achieving the project target by communicating with Construction Engineers, Supervisors and Subcontractors etc.
• Coordinate construction plan/schedule with Supervisors/Construction Manager by project priority considering construction drawing, material, work-front and workforce availability.
• Provide visualized progress layout/sheet that will help to identify bottleneck of performance.
• Report the issue to Schedule leads and help to resolve it.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize the construction progress information & trends periodically (daily, weekly, and monthly), and produce reports for client, managers and team members.
• Maintains construction schedule (Primavera and Excel) by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities/logics; resolving problems.
• Analyze, produce reports (explain) and support the work requested by project management team/construction team and schedule control leads.
• Maintains safe & clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules & regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs, entering & backing up data.
• Maintains product & company reputation by complying with the federal, state and city regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as when needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years relevant experience from Construction industry with similar work.
• Well knowledge and well handling for Primavera Operation (P6 – Ver.18.x).
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, matured with pleasant personality.
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English.
• Computer literate.
