Role: Thailand LINE Application Support
Job Description :
Support Retail Smiles program campaign in LINE application by updating rich menu, rich message including integration
of application components with 3rd party system (GHL) and provide backend support for new enhancements to the application Implement efficient coding in chat bot and deploy new promotions from Retail Business during non-working hours (mainly at midnight BKK
time of every last day of month where the new promotions launched, or on ad-hoc basis) Stabilize/maintain performance of Azure server and troubleshoot any system issues

Job Responsibilities:
Analyst will be part of a global team providing application support for MM, FI, OTC, PtP, Plant Maintenance, Supply Chain.

Primary skill set
Primary skill sets:
- Working experience as a Front End Developer for 3 years or more
- Web application development experience in any Model View Controller (MVC) framework
- In depth knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS -Solid understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design Computer Science fundamentals
Nice to have:
- Experienced with LINE BCRM and LINE API is a plus Experienced with LINE chat bot and Dialogflow is a plus
- Strong technical skills and willing to learn coding in order to perform code review on the following:
- Node.js Vue.js Azure Cloud Development API Development Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies
Soft skills:
- Strong communication, able to coordinate with Retail business to align with PLSO marketing strategy
- Good collaboration skill to work with 3rd Parties (GHL, SMS Thai)
- Strong planning and work prioritization, able to accomplish works based on Retail business needs and timeline
- Having analytical skills and problem solving
- Strong team work and conflict solving skill

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyst will be part of a global team providing application support for MM, FI, OTC, PtP, Plant Maintenance, Supply Chain.
• Learning and maintaining those configuration and customization settings which are the basis for the global Procurement design.
• Capable of using SAP Support Portal for reported problems.
• Provides consultation to other process teams where use of the SD module overlaps.
• Provides consultation to program development resources.
• Performs initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements.
• Maintains batch job variants.
• Implement configuration updates or changes via change management process.
• Responsible for following ExxonMobil methodology including documentation and stewardship
Primary skill sets :
1. Experienced in SAP CO module (Controlling) especially product costing, activity-based costing, and cost center and cost element.
2. Intermediate understanding of SAP SD, MM, PP module. Good understanding of basic master data including material, routing, work center, customer, vendor
3. ABAP Debugging skill

• Work on day-to-day support activities to meet service level objectives
• Work on Project/SWI starting from requirement gathering, design, develop, test, and roll out change to production

- At least 3 year experienced in FI-AR
- Work with an Agile team and provide support to mainly AP customers
Primary skill set
- 3-5 years of experience in FI-AR Module
- Experience in SAP SD is a plus
- ABAP Debugging skill and IS-OIL experience is a plus
- Strong command in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension) to support global customers
- Willing to learn new things
- Collaborate well in a local team and global team
