Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote,demonstrate and sell products using strong arguments to existing and prospective to customers
  • Perform customer needs analysis of existing/potential customers
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person
  • Achieve sales target as company assignment
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Answering client questions about product and company profile
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Work closely with sales agent and software product customer success
  • Monitor and work with sales agent in order to increase target units (UMM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, business computer or another field
  • Have a good relationship with property manager (will get special considerations)
  • 1-2 years + experience in the sales
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to go to outside Bangkok or upcountry area.
  • Understand sales process and dynamics.
  • Well spoken, humble, relationship building, service-minded and willing to learn software product
  • Good communications skill, listening skill and ability communicate well & clear via telephone
  • Experience using computers and MS office
  • Must be able to work independently and extremely self-motivated
