Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of multi-national company engaged in providing supply chain related equipment, system, and services. The company is now seeking a pro-active & service minded Sales & Marketing Officer.

The Sales & Marketing Officer will report to GM – Sales and will be responsible for organizing corporate event, trade fair, seminar and related activities to support Sales Team, and developing internal & external corporate communication to promote company image as well as create Brand Awareness. Major responsibilities are as follow:

  • Organize corporate event, exhibition and customers activities,
  • Work closely and provide support to Marketing Team in HQ to maintain corporate identity,
  • Prepare annual marketing budget and manage marketing cost,
  • Arrange conference and technical seminars together with Country Manager,
  • Prepare booth layout and design for tradeshows and technical seminars,
  • Provide marketing communication, PR and news for both internal and external department,
  • Prepare advertising and media publishing upon request,
  • Maintain inventory and stock controlling of marketing materials (brochures and premium/promotional gifts),
  • Maintain corporate movies, product movies and all relevant presentations to be always up to date,
  • Organize the welcoming reception to customers, partners, colleagues and visitors,
  • Coordinate, contact , arrange meeting/training with agencies in the region upon request,
  • Maintain information update regarding market movement, competitors, industry and technology development,
  • Facilitate/provide secretarial support for GM – Sales & Team: trip planning, expense reports, presentation, etc.,
  • Coordinate and support all Country Managers of SA Department,
  • Maintain weekly schedule plan of SA Department,
  • Cooperate and support company in implementation of quality, health & safety management system,
  • Maintain and update customer and project data,
  • Generate/Extract reports (Leads, Opportunity, Quotation) for Sales Meeting,
  • Follow health and safety rules and regulations all the time of performing tasks,
  • General support as required related to SA work

The successful candidate MUST HAVE / BE:

-  1-3 years’ experience in organizing marketing event, trade fair, seminar, advertising, media and related,

-  Experiences in secretarial works, documentation and coordination,

Ability to communicate in English as well as Thai,

Computer literacy especially MS Office/Microsoft 365,

Multi-task capabilities and well organized,

Service minded, proactive self- starter with positive attitude,

-  Good problem solving skill, with strong communication and coordination skills,

-  Ability to work independently and work under pressure,

-  Team work spirit,

-  Able to travel to upcountry / abroad,

Work location: Krungthepkreetha / Huamark / Ramkhamhaeng Area.
