Job Details and Responsibilities;
- Able to sell residential projects in Bangkok.
- Coordinate with agents, buyers, investors.
- Coordinate inspections and transfers with onsite handover team (outsourced)
- Manage payments and follow up with clients.
- Supervise a small team, able to monitor onsite sales team (outsourced).
- Plan and coordinate sales event, marketing campaign
- Able to write & speak good English (Chinese is a plus)
- Explore new market in other countries
- Able to drive & have a driving license
- Good skill of communication, perfect understanding of operations for condominium, be able to work under pressure. Honest & hard working
- Be able to communicate in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus)
- International culture
- Gender: Female, Male
- Age (Yr): 30-40 years old
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree
- Experience (Yr): 5 years or more
- Commission
- Car allowance, Telephone expenses
