P3 Group, a midsize automotive consulting and engineering company with HQ in Stuttgart Germany opened a local office in Thailand in 2020.

We are looking for young and motivated new colleagues eager to do pioneer work in a long term work commitment.

This is what you would need to bring:

  • A master degree in engineering (automotive, electronics, IT) or similar
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales of services
  • Experience in following industries: App development / Digitalization, consultancy or engineering services
  • Excellent Power Point skills
  • The will and capability to build up a customer base
  • international experience
  • Thai nationality
  • good English skills (must have)
  • German skills (nice to have)
  • An own car would be an advantage

Your tasks would be:

  • Analyse the market for potential clients and create the database or future sales in teamwork with the MD
  • Contact potential clients and organize sales pitches 
  • Create Thailand specific sales&marketing material (you will get international documents for that but need to adapt them to the Thai market
  • Calculate project rates as base for the proposals
  • Your responsibility will grow step by step

P3 is an independent and international management consultancy that
offers engineering services as well as software development for numerous customers and industries. Since it was founded in Aachen in 1996, P3 has always founded branches, gained experts and now employs over 1,000 people at 17 different locations.

We are organized according to locations and expertise, so our offices can be found close to our customers. The expertise is based on the current needs of our customers and their industries. We focus on the automotive and energy sectors. Other sectors, such as banks and insurance companies, as well as transport and transportation are part of our portfolio.

We are active across all industries thanks to our expertise.
In particular, the transformation through digitization, the transformation of organizations towards agile working methods, or the areas of costs and quality are core requirements for our customers.

P3 develops individual strategies for these customers to jointly advance new ideas, projects and innovations. An end-2-end approach is practiced, as can be seen, for example, in the activities in the field of smart services: from the ideation to the business model concept, the development and piloting of MVPs to the implementation and validation of the series product, as well as the final market launch always closely accompanied our customers.

Our specialty in the consulting approach is therefore in our employees. Since its foundation, P3 students have been curious, keen to experiment and work with a spirit of research.
