P3 is an independent and international management consultancy that
offers engineering services as well as software development for numerous customers and industries. Since it was founded in Aachen in 1996, P3 has always founded branches, gained experts and now employs over 1,000 people at 17 different locations.
We are organized according to locations and expertise, so our offices can be found close to our customers. The expertise is based on the current needs of our customers and their industries. We focus on the automotive and energy sectors. Other sectors, such as banks and insurance companies, as well as transport and transportation are part of our portfolio.

In particular, the transformation through digitization, the transformation of organizations towards agile working methods, or the areas of costs and quality are core requirements for our customers.
P3 develops individual strategies for these customers to jointly advance new ideas, projects and innovations. An end-2-end approach is practiced, as can be seen, for example, in the activities in the field of smart services: from the ideation to the business model concept, the development and piloting of MVPs to the implementation and validation of the series product, as well as the final market launch always closely accompanied our customers.
