The Company
Our client is a well-recognized multinational company with over 150 years of excellence across markets. As a major market leader, it continues to deliver high end products and services across a range of industries including but not limited to animal nutrition,
agriculture, biotechnology, chemicals, and raw materials. Given its continued expansion and supreme position in the market it is now investing further and looking to hire a high caliber Sales Manager to join their Bangkok office.
The Role
You will report to the South East Asia Sales Director, the primary focus of the role is to grow the feed additives business and work closely with key clients, distributors and business partners. Your major accountabilities in the role will be:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the key accounts and distributors
• Help to develop and implement sales and marketing plans to expand the company’s customer base as well as proactively cross-selling products
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Skills & Experience
• Thai national only
• 5 years of experience in the animal nutrition industry preferred and direct sales experience in feed additives and specialty products
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Animal Science / Animal Husbandry or related field
• Excellent business acumen and excellent consultative, technical and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a good team player
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Good English communication skills
