RLC has been appointed to identify the Sales manager – Machinery-Parts position for a top multinational machinery company. Our client is looking for a potential candidate who has strategic sales experience and a strong network with local distributors.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of sales and support functions and ensure best sales strategies to achieve annual sales target as assigned and agreed with the management.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement the parts sales plan
Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and other external stakeholders
Set the KPIs for the team and monitoring the performance in order to achieve the goals
Analyze expenses and revenues and make adjustments in the sales plan to achieve profitability
Collaborate with the regional purchasing team for product expansion and resourcing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales in the machinery or agricultural industry.
Strong understanding of the all-makes parts market
Experience within operational environments such as warehousing and logistics would be advantageous
Good command in English communication reading, writing, and speaking.
