Sales Manager 
Business: Luxury Jewelry Retailer 
Work 6 days - 10.30-19.30

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, manage subordinate


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of working experience in sales and marketing from high-end luxury brand
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent English communication
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Experienced in leading a sale team
  • Experience in selling jewelry brand
