Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of the global electronics manufacturer. The company operates its multiple production facilities in Asia. Our respected client is seeking a candidate with proven track record in sales experience to increase sales volume through distributors and EPC channels.

Job Summary

Sales Manager will develop new customers and partnerships, as well as develop and execute sales strategies to increase business for solar inverter (PVI).

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing sales volume and sales activity of solar products.
  • Develop and build partner selling or B2B channel through distributors and EPC.
  • Ability to develop relationships with decision makers and high-level management.
  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise and local intelligence.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in different industries and identify and approach new qualified channel partners in different industries.
  • Prepare and coordinate within the organization on product proposal, both technical and commercial requirements.
  • Remain abreast with the changes within energy conservation policy and other relevant regulatory affairs to determine the impact on the environment, business and assess potential opportunities
Job Requirement

  • Thai nationality, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering or business administration field.
  • Proven track record of sales experienced in solar business.
  • Experience in field sales, customer marketing, and/or category management in addition to knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts.
  • High sense of drive and urgency, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in planning and executing projects; proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in managing time with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment
  • Fluency in written and oral communication (English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
