• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in planning and implementing sales strategies from high end luxury brands
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience managing, coaching and directing a sales team
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Ability to lead a sale team
• Work 6 days per week for day off depends on the schedules in each week because the candidate have to work at department store
