• The leadership of the sales team.
• Coaching and developing to maximize the performance of the sales team.
• Working closely with the productions team to support the development of trusted long-term relationships with new and existing customers and help to identify new opportunities in assigned international territories.
• Maintain and develop commercial awareness of internal and external influences on budgets, profit margins, and strategic approaches in all international markets.
• Control of overall budgetary spending.
• Working pro-actively with Marketing & Product Development to ensure the agreed strategy, budgets to meet customer/distributor needs.
• Review the team’s sales performance to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure business plans are delivered.
• Constantly review team processes and approaches to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations gaining and following up on leads.
• Maintain and develop trusted long-term relationships with existing customers and distributors via appropriate avenues (face to face, telephone, email, video call, etc).
• Respond to Customers' emails and queries.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of working experience in Sales.
• Minimum of 8 years of team leading experience.
• Previous experience in a similar position ideally from a competitor or company operating in a similar market.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from research and data.
• An ability to lead a marketing team, manage projects,s and multitask in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
• Good command in both English and Thai communication.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in the relevant field.
