Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Open new account and develop business in your area/ maximize key accounts
- Open new potential accounts (Hotels, restaurants, Online, bottle shops)
- Sales to direct accounts under HORECA (including consignment/ageing-collection/orders)
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Conduct wine trainings for HORECA clients
- Report directly to the Area Sales Manager Bangkok
- Communicate a weekly business report to the Area Sales Manager and reporting directly to Area sales Manager
- Achieving yearly sales targets and profit which are set up by management
- Collect all company receivable in HORECA Segment / Collection supervision
- Set up promotion of your portfolio for wines, spirits and mineral waters and coordinate events/activities
- Consignment supervision
- Implementing and adapting to IWS company policies
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Able to speak professional English
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in Wine & Spirit industry
- Must have at least 1 year
experience in Wine industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
