Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handle customers’ orders and work with production control to arrange proper ex-factory date. And confirm ship date as well as send completed shipping documents to customers
  • Daily review email and communicate with hub team to make sure every JIT shipment is on plan without any issue
  • Manage sales revenue in order to achieve sales plan (budget)
  • Take care of customer's regular visits and audits
  • Updating rolling forecast (6 months rolling forecast)
  • Set up special program required by customers (ie. iSP) to retrieve forecast, new PO, update document, payment plan
  • Monitor AR status and collect on-time payment to avoid blocked shipment and impact credit performance
  • Maintain regular communications with overseas colleagues and customers (by phones, emails, visits)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Have experiences in in finance and credit management or other related field at least 5 years
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
