MonitoringLabs is MonitoringLabs is a start-up IT company looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals who are passionate and eager to play a significant role in building a successful company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales Executive, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English and be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Present the company's IT consulting services to potential clients
  • Engage customers to create awareness, generate demand, customize services & solutions, and ultimately close sales
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact to handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Cold call new potential clients in order to arrange an in-person meeting and increase sales opportunities
  • Assisting in structuring and developing the sales department/team organization for maximum efficiency
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Regularly report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Sales for an IT Solutions company, or any related businesses
  • Experience working with a startup company would be preferable
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, Initiative, diligent, fast learner, and has a can-do attitude
