Accountability
- Responsible for all sales activities in future channel, including online, retail, and distributors, in order to ensure comprehensive access for customer and achievement in being market leader
- Create sales targets in cooperation with the Sales Manager, being responsible for their achievement.
- Prepare and conduct presentations. Make proposals and sales contracts. Ensure that quotes are submitted which are complete in every details to the client offering the best equipment at the best price within the company‘s guidelines.
- Prepare status reports that include activity summaries, closing rates and follow-ups with customers.
- Provide professional and helpful customer service and problem solving to gain customer loyalty and build long-term partnerships, also acquiring the new customers
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering. Electrical engineering background is preferable.
- 3 years experience in engineering and sales. Experience in power or heavy equipment business is preferable
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure; goal and customer oriented
- Able to work independently and part of team
- Having presentation, negotiation and problems solving skill
- Open-mind and high ability to handle change and challenge
- Able and willing to travel upcountry
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
