- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense
- controls
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets
- Tracking sales goals, sales activities and sales performance
- Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation
- The ongoing training and development of your salespeople
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Understand ideal customers and how they relate to products
General qualifications
【Must】
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Age 35 years old up, Gender: Male or Female
- Work Experience minimum 8 years in real estate industry
- Experience in managing team at least 5 people in sole agents
- Well-communication skills in Thai and English
- Able to work on Saturday (※2nd Saturday of the month will be a day-off)
【Others】
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/PDF, Internet, etc.)
- Skills in Basic Calculation
- Able to provide project studies, market studies, sales planning, strategic planning, promotion and control of the sales process to complete the process
- Good personality and service mind
- Have knowledge of investment or have experience in condo investing will be an advantage
