What is your mission?

     As a Sales Director, you will be working with operation team to deliver #happier customer experience. you will direct and oversee sales strategies, objectives, and initiatives and develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the sales achievement.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Responsible to drive global web e-commerce sales and attain annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
  • A driver of digital sales expansion – one passionate about increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment.
  • To dive into all elements of servicing the channel, including metadata optimization, operations, logistics, inventory, digital marketing, pricing, and on-site marketing, and to maintain constant awareness of all aspects and how they tie together.
  • A central hub for various teams that is the leader and voice for the online sales channels – coordinating efforts to insure smooth execution of growth strategies.
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity
  • Recommend product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, quality and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
  • Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Five (5) years of managerial experience
  • Seven (7) or more years’ experience in sales management; Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce sales, Business marketplace and on-line shopping
  • Specialize the ordering system in Traditional Chinese Ecommerce platform is advantage
  • Proven success record in fast-paced, high volume operations management for at least 3 years
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Effective written & verbal communication including presentation skills
  • Leader with demonstrated decision-making and team building skills
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Have skill in Ecommerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Has a knowledge of Budgeting and forecasting, Sales & marketing principles , Sales promotions and allowances
