Job description:-

• Schedule and prepare materials for A/O for customer meetings
• Prepare quotations
• Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties
• Adopt client complaints and follow up the resolution
• Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department
• Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer information center or other departments

Qualification:-

• Age between 25-35 years
• Bachelor Degree in any related fields or higher degree is appreciated.
• At least 3-5 years of experience for Sales Coordinator in Carrier or freight forwarder environment.
• Good Command of English and strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Understand the need of commercial and be a good team support to accomplish the company’s target.
• Can do attitude, hard-working, and detail oriented.
