Sales Coordinator/ Customer Support Representative (25K)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (Thailand)

Working time : Mon to Fri , 08.30 – 17.30

Location: Bangna

Annual Leave : 10 days

Responsibilities:

Customer Service is a crucial part of the sales and service delivery team. The CSR does whatever it takes to ensure that all orders to be filled are complete, accurate, and delivered undamaged and on-time. Functions include processing of orders, responding to customer inquiries, and handling complaints from customers.

Order Processing

  • Receives customer orders by phone, e-mail, eCommerce & knowledge to coordinate booking & sales system as well as coordinating with Middleboro, USA
  • Sends order acknowledgements to customer including unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
  • Completes order for pricing, determines total cost for customer, confirms shipped orders and prepares for invoicing
  • Documents and processes Credit Card purchases
  • Responsible for transmitting all order shipment releases to outside warehouse including lot# to ship and required quality docs (COAS, etc.)

Clerical/General Administrative

  • Responds to internal and external phone calls and requests
  • Makes copies, print documents, mail delivery, etc. Files paperwork

Customer Support & Information

  • Updates Customer Accounts to satisfy all special-order related requirements in Thailand system & input to Middleboro, USA
  • Receives, acknowledges, and documents customer complaints using the Customer Experience tool, and takes necessary action to resolve complaints with coordinating with RSM(Thailand)
  • Responsible for obtaining return authorization from purchasing and sales, scheduling and documenting returns

Invoicing & Customer Quotes

  • Liaise with sales representative and respond to customers request for product information (non-technical) or pricing Keep sales representative informed
  • Prepares paperwork for Billing Clerk to be invoiced and acts as backup for invoicing when required
  • Each CSR is responsible for ensuring all orders placed by them are invoiced

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field preferred

Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to prioritize own wide-ranging work load and work independently

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers in English & Thai Working
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors and customers
  • Good Command of English
