We are looking for Thai speaking Sale Representative – Innovation Intelligence Software to join
our team.

Job Description :
This new role emerges from our collaboration with PatSnap, which is the leading global
innovation intelligence platform, PatSnap help customers identify technological opportunities
that could affect the future growth and survival of their business by connecting and analyzing
information from a variety of global data points. We call this connected innovation intelligence.
In this role you will get to work closely with IDG and PatSnap team in the following areas:

Sales Development

• Using your incredible communication skills to build brand new relationships with potential clients
• Owning your territory in Thailand and choosing which companies to call and will have the autonomy to be creative with how you introduce PatSnap to prospects
• Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities

Account Management

• Analyse your territory, identify the right opportunity, plan and convert this opportunity into growth.
• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as sales-related KPIs.
• Build, manage and convert pipeline and confidently, accurately and consistently report and forecast based on the current pipeline.
• Prospect via phone, e-mail, social media, etc., and convert marketing leads into opportunities.
• Conduct highly consultative and solution-oriented meetings with clients and demonstrate the value PatSnap can offer to each customer and stakeholder.
• Effectively manage a sales process that includes both phone and zoom based interactions.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to provide the best solutions to the clients

Qualification :

• Proven track record of success, consistently exceeding targets
• 2+ years experience of solution sales experience in Software, SaaS or Services industry
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or knowledge in Intellectual Property is a plus
• You have an interest in technology, and how it is used to drive business forward
• You love talking to new people, and are a confident communicator
• You thrive working to (and exceeding) targets
• You are a problem solver; you like to use your knowledge to help people overcome challenges
• You are experienced in working in a fast-paced working environment, and enjoy working independently
• You have experience from solution sales, and want to continue your development in a fast-growing company and industry
• Good command of Thai and English in both writing and speaking
• Must possess the following qualities: highly responsible, eager to learn, detail-oriented, flexible, analytical, organized, fast execution, teamwork, good morale and attitude towards work and clients, and open-minded.
