Job Scope:

• Design and manage collection strategy across portfolio and buckets for pre-write off and post write off accounts included loss projection.
• Review performance of strategy vs expectations. Regularly review segmentation/collection treatment and identify business opportunity with analytical support.
• Using sophisticated statistical tools like TRIAD/ decision tree, etc. to design and execute strategies and implement targeted actions.
• Manage TRIAD application and ensure correctness of execution. Implement champion/challenger and roll out based on cost/benefit justification.
• Review, implement and ensure collection policy/procedure is in compliance with local and global regulatory/requirement.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in MBA, Engineering, Economics, or any related field.
• At least 2-5 years experiences credit Risk management (strong back ground on collection strategy is preferable).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent computer skills and programming (SAS/SQL is preferable).
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Dedicated and focuses, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals.
• Fast leaner and good attitudes.
