Positions: Application Support(ERP)
Responsibilities:
- Handle application support and manage daily operation in his/her own area
- Manage SLA of responsible domains
- Plan and manage resource capacity
- Provide recommend and lead improvement on responsible modules or system
- Manage enhancement / change on daily operations and processes and monitoring dashboard
- Provide guidance to team member on issue resolution and query
- Review and approve migration checklist
Qualifications:
- Leadership of Application support team, ensuring business priorities and SLA’s are being met
- Working knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain system design & implementation is preferable.
- Experience in the following would be an advantage: Systems or business analysis, Customer Management, Supplier Management / negotiation
- Large scale Enterprise Application Support background
- Database and Programming skills (e.g. PL/SQL, .Net, C#, MVC, Java scripts, jQuery, API)
