Responsibilities:

• You'll be fully dedicated to High End retouching in our In-House agency ensuring that our advertising campaigns, editorials and Look Book shoots are retouched to a precise and consistent standard.
• You will be closely working with post production experts.
• You're well organised (layered) Photoshop files will incorporate precise channel masks and paths.
• You will carry out liquify/transformations and skin treatment with a sensibility and finesse that is relevant to our image language and style. 
• You'll follow art direction and process feedback and provide your own recommendations to best achieve the goals of a project.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital retouching 
• Great experience in beauty/fashion retouching and a genuine interest to continue your career in this specialized work
• Have heaps of creative talent and a proven ability at maintaining high aesthetic standards
• You know how to direct, instruct and educate a team
• You take ownership of your projects, managing your workload in a cool and calm fashion to meet challenging deadlines
• As part of an international team, you are comfortable communicating with your colleagues in English
• Very detail oriented Expert knowledge of Photoshop, and all Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software Strong sense of color theory
• Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment Maintain professional demeanor despite unscheduled work, revisions and short timetables
• Outstanding attitude and deep understanding of client priorities and ability to strive to exceed expectations
