Job Description:

  • Manage E2E process of retail application fraud management for Secured & Unsecured Products and 2-Wheels and 4-Wheels Hired Purchased Product.
  • Responsible for fraud system, including but not limited to setting rule based criteria, process flow, interface with other existing / future fraud databases, SLA with underwriting team.
  • Investigate and check the suspicious cases with available databases / information / system in order to arrive at result.
  • Periodically review and propose changes to rule based criteria.
  • Responsible for setting up DOI / SOP.
  • Work with MIS to prepare and provide analysis on fraud data.


  • More than 7 - 10 year of experiences in retail fraud management, especially banking / financial services is a plus.
  • Have knowledge and able to use the fraud management system.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Management, Finance or any related field.
  • Detail Oriented and strong in analytical skill.
  • Positive Mindset and able to work under pressure.
