Company Background: Our client was founded in 1942 and is now one of the leading pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers in Thailand. They are looking for candidates for the position of R&D Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the work of teams developing new drugs and/or improving existing drugs.
- Directing team members in working towards various research goals, as well as compiling data regarding the team's findings.
- Planning, designing, and conducting research projects according to established scientific methods, principles and theories to fulfill regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Being responsible for new product development and existing product improvement activities.
- Being responsible for documentation update, including technical information support.
- Reviewing, verifying and validating new products.
- Being responsible for the status report of R&D progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science.
- At least 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Development or Research and
