Key Responsibilities

• Perform Investigation on root cause in the lab
• To work on Product modification (coating)
• Present root cause analysis to customers

Key Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Coatings or Paint industry will be a strong advantage
• Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Chemical or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product development or Technical service in Coatings or Paint industry
• Professional and mature attitude with the ability to work with result-oriented and well organized
• Analytical, problem solving interpersonal skills and demonstrated strategic thinking
• Dynamic, fast and flexible team player
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Can work under pressure, highly responsible, enthusiastic and service minded
• Excellent PC skills and English communication.
