Position:                      R&D Assistant Manager

Location:                    Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Salary:                        50,000 - 70,000.- (Depend on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• R&D functions, including product development and process improvement.
• Create New solution ,Control working plan and training subordinate in order to skill up for speed up.
• Summary and analysis market trends of past and current market behavior and oversee of product development for next action.
• Competitor analysis and market trends.
• Follow up all R&D Team's decision execution.
• Training subordinate to skill up.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and other related departments.
• Supervising and guiding new staff for administrative within the department with agreed policies and workflow.

Qualification:

• Male or Female, Age 38 years old up.
• Bachelor's degree of Science, Engineering or higher in related fields.
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing of consumer goods, non-woven, baby care products will be advantage. 
• Having experience in QA, R&D, New model.
• Knowledge of material c hemistry and register to FDA.
•   Able to good command to English and Japanese will be advantage.
