Job Summary

Renewal Policy Account Executive Manager will responsible in take care after sale service and after renew insurance policy and manage good relationship with insurers and corporate clients.   

Job Responsibilities

• Key account management. 
• Support all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal policy target.
• Cross selling / upgrade the benefits for all existing clients to achieve sales target. 
• Joining orientation session as client request.
• Provide presentation for voluntary group as client request.
• Correspondence with the insurers in case of the clients have any queries or request more information. 
• Provide the claim analysis and negotiate with the insurance companies for renewal policy comparison. 
• Manage BD team members for smoothly procedure.
• Coordinates with Top Management level which provide career prospect of Managerial level in International company
• Work with Multinational Client and Corporate Client with attractive benefit

• Bachelor’s degree any related field. 
• Multiple years of experiences in Life and Health insurance business.
• Good command of English. 
• Excellent to presentation skill and able to manage relationship with Top Management level.                
• Strong leadership skill 
• Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point
